Got to have it!
25.10.23 was taken
just after October 7th.
The war had started
and I decided to take my family
away from my torn and
aching country
until things were a little clearer.
It was a very scary time
and we flew to Portugal
without knowing when
we would come back.
We arrived at a shopping mall
where there was
a piano standing there.
My older son Neil sat at it
and started to play;
he played a song in Hebrew
from the 70’s.
People stood by and
took photos of him,
listening to him
playing so beautifully.
I looked at him,
playing an old Israeli song
in a shopping mall in Porto,
and took this shot.
Whenever I look at he looks to me like
the prince of cards.
